Conserve Nation
An environmental podcast working to bridge the gap of our stream to sea conservation efforts and those in between. To give the unsung conservationist, avid recreationalist, and healers of our world a platform to share their story. Because the time has come to have the conversation about conservation. Here on the podcast we will speak to pelvic floor therapists, local conservationists, fishing and hunting guides, massage therapist... anything and everyone that has a stake in their health and the land. We need to understand that we need to heal ourselves before we heal the earth. With each guests story we are creating a bridge to bring awareness that the earth and our health are connected. So join me on this journey of exploring our interconnections to mother earth and awaken the nation to conservation of our land!

For our first episode of Conserve Nation I sit down with Tara Kazemfar who is a Physical Therapist that specializes in Pelvic Floor Therapy. From digestive to urinary issues with the exploration of women's reproductive health, we link and relate it back to mental wellness. How do we achieve a connection and healing with ourselves? This link revolves around our connection to the land and how we can better serve the land. Enjoy the first episode of Conserve Nation.
